Yes all our tents are fully watertight.

Solid flooring and heaters are available if needed. 

Gardens and surfaces must be flat. Slightly uneven is ok again we can advise.

Tents can be set up on concrete, grass or artificial grass. There is no need for flooring on concrete or artificial grass.

Tents are setup on the date of the booking and collected the following day (times to be arranged).

We will assess the wind. On very rare occasion, bookings can be cancelled or moved inside if space is available.

After 14 days of the booking taken all deposits will be lost.
